Reservation Instructions
City of Shell Lake Campground Reservation Registration Policy - All campsites at the Shell Lake Municipal Campground are open for reservations at www.washburncountyparks.us. Campers may contact the Campground office at (715) 468-7846 for assistance with the reservation online process.
- It is the camper’s responsibility to determine if the site is available by using the online reservation system calendar.
- Rates are:
- Lakefront (#1-12) - $55.00 per night or $385.00 per week
- Center row (#13 - 37) - $45.00 per night or $315.00 per week
- Parking lot row (#39 – 47) - $40.00 per night or $280.00 per week
- Boat slip - $10.00 per night
- Boat Launch fee - $10.00/daily or $30.00/yearly
- Sanitary dump station - $10.00
- Camping and reservation fees are charged to the credit card immediately upon making the reservation. The $15 reservation fee is intended to cover the system costs and will not be refunded in the event of cancelation.
- Starting 1/1/2024 reservations may be made for the calendar year. Going forward reservations may be made 11 months in advance starting the first day that a site is eligible for a reservation.
- Maximum length of stay on any one campsite is 21 nights in succession, after which the camping unit and camping party must either move to a different campsite or vacate the park. A camping party may not return to the same campsite within 7 days.
- Same day reservations are allowed and campers wishing to use the sites that are open on the day of arrival are expected/encouraged to book the site prior to leaving home.
- There is not a limit on the number of reservations made by any one individual.
- Only two reservations per on-line transaction are allowed.
- The reservation system allows users the ability to cancel or add days, move sites and other edits.
- Site must be occupied on the first night of the reservation unless the Campground Manager is notified or reservation will be canceled.
- Call 715-468-7846 if a boat slip is needed.
If any of the above rules are violated, they will be forced to vacate the campground and no refunds will be given.
